This product is a smudge like liner that fits between a heavy eye shadow and defined liquid liner.

The eyeliner pot has a slight wet /dry consistency that is applied with an eyeliner brush, make sure your lid is always tightly on to avoid drying out.
Smokey look: Apply your smoke eyeliner as normal on the top of your eyelid, using your blending brush blend upward into your base eye shadow.

To make your eyes a black Smokey look, apply your smoke eyeliner on the outer corners of your eyes and blend, blend, blend!
