About Katie

Katie has been in the Hairdressing & Makeup industry for over 14 years. During this time she has done hair & Makeup photo shoots, films, TV commercials, Weddings, Formals, Special occasions & has also owned her own salon for over 5 years where she provided hair & beauty services to hundreds of clients.

Katie started hairdressing as an apprentice and once she was qualified she decided to keep on studying, going on to do makeup artistry, beauty, business management, training & assessment & an advanced prosthetic makeup course.

Katie has been employed, self-employed, freelance/mobile & a contractor over her years within the hair & makeup industry and understands each process within different career paths.

Katie loves to teach hairdressing and inspire others to go in different directions within their career and this is why Katie decided to create workshops for industry professionals.
